Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
   ABC Designer Pty Ltd trading as Four Corners Rugs (ABN 32 940 857 785), 561-563 Church Street, Richmond VIC 3121 (Promoter).
   
   
2. Promotion period
   Starts 1 December 2025 at 12.01am AEDT and ends 31 December 2025 at 11.59pm AEDT, or once the total prize pool of three thousand dollars has been reached, whichever occurs first (Promotion Period). 
   
   
3. Eligibility
   Open to Australian retail customers who purchase online during the Promotion Period. In-store purchases are excluded from this promotion.
   
   To be eligible, the order must include at least one Everyday Rug or Outlet Rug. Orders that contain only Signature Rugs, accessories, underlays, samples, gift cards, or other non-rug products are not eligible. Custom rug orders (and deposits relating to custom rugs), trade clients, wholesale accounts, commercial clients, and cancelled or refunded orders are excluded from the promotion.
   
   
4. Automatic entry
   All eligible online orders placed during the Promotion Period will be automatically entered into the promotion. No additional action is required to participate.
   
   
5. How winners are determined
   Before the Promotion Period begins, the Promoter creates a list of randomly generated future order numbers. If a customer’s eligible order number matches one of the pre-selected order numbers, the customer wins the Prize. 
   
   
6. Prize
   The Prize is a refund of the value of all Everyday Rugs or Outlet Rugs included in the customer’s eligible order, plus the shipping cost attributable to those items (Prize). Signature Rugs and any shipping costs relating to Signature Rugs are excluded from the Prize. The Prize will be refunded to the customer’s original payment method.
   
   
7. Winner notification
   Winners will be notified through a "winners ticket" included inside their rug delivery. The Promoter will also contact winners by email or telephone within five business days of the delivery to the winner being confirmed. The winning order numbers will be published on the Four Corners Rugs website within five business days of the delivery to the winner being confirmed.
   
   
8. Prize pool
   The total maximum prize pool is capped at three thousand dollars (AUD), with a maximum of five winners. Once either the prize pool is exhausted or five winners have been confirmed, no further Prize(s) will be awarded.
   
   
9. General
   The Promoter’s decision is final. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta, Facebook or Instagram or any other platform where you might see this promotion advertised. By participating, customers acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter, not Meta.
   
   
10. Privacy
    Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available on the Four Corners Rugs website.
