If your delivery address is outside of a metropolitan area, we may need to arrange a special delivery.

International Shipping
For customers outside of Australia, we offer international shipping upon request. If you’re interested in placing an order, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Additional Delivery Terms
Any item(s) purchased online can be collected from our showroom in Richmond for free - please select "FREE click and collect" at checkout.
All online orders requiring delivery will be processed within 24-48 (excluding public holidays) hours and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for delivery or be issued with a tracking notice.
Not all items out for delivery can be left unattended at your designated shipping address. Accordingly, some failed deliveries may result and delivery will need to be rescheduled or returned to our showroom. If returned to the showroom, additional charges may be incurred for re-delivery attempts.
