7 days free returns
We know buying a rug online can be stressful, and we want you to fall in love with the rug you purchase from us. If you change your mind or made the wrong choice, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving it, no questions asked.
You will need to reach out to us via email or phone to advise of the return within 7 days of receiving your rug. We will then contact you to advise you on the procedure and to note that your return is pending.
Return shipping charges are on us. After all, it's “FREE” returns.
Items returned must be in 'as-new' condition. This means you have not used, damaged, washed or laundered. Please return items secured in their original packaging if possible; if not, please advise so we can guide you through securely wrapping for transporting and worst case, send you some new packaging to use.
Items excluded from return include:
- Products described as "made to order" "custom cut length" or "custom made"
- Resized or cut rugs
- Clearance or outlet items
- Gift Cards
- Orders placed with “click and collect” or “showroom pick up” as delivery options
- Orders placed and delivered outside of Australia
Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in 'as-new' condition, we will contact you personally to issue your exchange in the amount equal to the price you paid.
If your order was for click and collect or for showroom pick up, free returns and all the details above still apply. However, we will not be responsible for arranging the delivery of your return.
