We provide Australia-wide delivery on all our rugs, with FREE shipping now available on all full-priced rugs.

Sale items are excluded from free shipping and incur flat-rate shipping charges based on rug size. These same rates also apply to eligible return shipping costs.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand buying a rug online can feel like a big decision, so we still offer returns on eligible items for peace of mind.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Return shipping charges: 
Small + Medium Rugs: $49
Large + Extra Large Rugs: $99
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Final sale items are strictly final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Not In A Metropolitan Area?

If your delivery address is outside of a metropolitan area, we may need to arrange a special delivery. 

In some cases, this may incur additional charges. If this applies to your order, our team will contact you directly to discuss the best shipping options and any additional costs before proceeding.

International Shipping 

For customers outside of Australia, we offer international shipping upon request. If you’re interested in placing an order, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Please note: Any applicable duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further details on potential charges before placing your order.

Click & Collect

Any item(s) purchased online can be collected from our showroom in Richmond for free - please select "FREE click and collect" at checkout.

Other Delivery Terms

All orders requiring delivery will be processed within 1-3 business days and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for delivery or be issued with a tracking notice.

Not all items out for delivery can be left unattended at your designated shipping address. Accordingly, some failed deliveries may result and delivery will need to be rescheduled or returned to our showroom. If returned to the showroom, additional charges may be incurred for re-delivery attempts.
