Below are the terms and conditions for Four Corners Rugs (or “we”, “us”, “our”) regarding all online and in-store purchases and the use of this website.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. For this reason we offer an exchange on all items for change of mind within 7 calendar days in store, provided the Return Conditions (defined below) are met.
Simply, bring your purchased item(s) to our showroom at 561-563 Church Street, Richmond VIC and select an alternate item(s) we have in store or online for exchange. Should you require assistance with arranging a courier/delivery service for your exchange, please contact us for a quote - courier and delivery services may attract additional costs.
In the unlikely event that the item(s) we delivered is not the item you ordered (as outlined on your invoice) or there is a major problem with the item(s) (please note that our rugs are handmade and there may be some imperfections with each rug, such imperfections will not be considered "a major problem" for the purposes of this policy), the item(s) can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the Return Conditions (defined below) are met.
The item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging and, where the item(s) is being returned due to incorrect item(s) delivery, the item(s) must be undamaged ("Return Conditions"). Once we have received the item(s) and, in our sole discretion, consider that the item(s) has been returned in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price or exchange of the same value.
Any item(s) purchased online can be collected from our showroom in Richmond for free.
All online orders requiring delivery will be processed within 24 hours and your will be contacted to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Should you live outside of the Melbourne Metropolitan area or reside interstate, please contact us to discuss delivery options.
We may require a signature of acceptance upon delivery. Items will not be left unattended at your designated shipping address, unless consented to. Accordingly, we will provide you with an approximate delivery window.
Failed deliveries will result in the item(s) being returned to our showroom. We will then contact you to arrange either a collection from the showroom or further delivery (which may incur further costs).
We reserve the right to cancel any purchase order at any time. We will only cancel an order should the item(s) you have purchased be unavailable for any reason. Should this be the case and your purchase order is cancelled, we will notify you as soon as practicably reasonable by e-mail and offer you an exchange or refund.
With most of our items being handmade, it is difficult for us to rely on exact dimensions. While we aim to provide you with the nearest dimension descriptions, please note that there may be some slight variances in size per item.
Where a size variation falls within a 10% range of our item description(s) and the size of the item(s) you have purchased does not suit your requirements, you may exchange your item(s) within 7 calendar days. Refunds are not available for size variations that fall within a 10% range from our item descriptions.
We collect information directly from you. This includes when you make a purchase or sign up for our newsletter (if any). We use your information to provide you with our products and services. It also includes sending you newsletters you signed up to receive (if any).
We do not share your information with third parties. We will only share your information where you have consented; it is required or authorised by law; or is necessary for law enforcement or protection from imminent harm.
We reserve the right to, and you agree that, we may change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. By using this website or shopping with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
