Please note: we offer exchange or store credit only and do not issue refunds for change of mind purchases.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

If you are local to Melbourne, you’re welcome to bring your rug back to our showroom within 7 calendar days and we will assist you with your exchange in-store. No form required.

For all other return requests, please complete the form below.

What happens next

We will confirm your return eligibility.

If approved:

• we will provide return instructions
• return shipping payment will be arranged
• we will assist you with organising your exchange rug or store credit

You will be issued with an invoice for:

• the return shipping fee; and
• any price difference owing on your exchanged item (if applicable)

Once payment is received, your new rug will be dispatched.

Please note: if the exchange rug is of lesser value than the original rug, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit. No refunds will be provided.

No Original Packaging?

No worries. We can send you a Return Kit.

Please roll your rug neatly and store it somewhere safe and dry until the return kit arrives.

Additional charges may apply for replacement packaging materials.
